○ Includes one month of unlimited membership
○ Ideal for a borrower that is confident that his deal will close and feels that
a broker should be compensated similarly to how they pay their attorney - a fixed fee based on the combination of time and value they bring - never tied to the loan amount!

● $4,500 paid upfront and no fees at closing. Irrelevant to the size of the loan.
○ This is our most popular option
○ Full brokerage - GPARENCY will underwrite the deal, shop it out to lenders and negotiate a term sheet. Client will then have the option to run the deal themselves for no additional fees or engage GPARENCY for additional $7,000.
○ Includes one month of unlimited membership
○ Ideal for a borrower that knows that every bank prefers to deal directly
with the borrower but the borrower doesn’t have all the relationships to find the best deal. Additionally, even borrowers that use brokers choose
this option to obtain a stalking horse bid to ensure they end up with the absolute best rate and terms.
